Transferring Employee:

  • Click on Human Resources
  • Click on Employee Management
  • Select employee to transfer using the Search Employee filter
  • Once employee profile is open, click on Transfer on the left-hand panel



Select Branch/ Department/ Job Title to transfer:

  • Select Branch/ Department / Job Title in the drop-down - please note you can only transfer one selection at a time. 


Select transfer date (YY/MM/DD) and click Apply:


Select transfer reason:


Click Transfer! 




Things to note:

  • Employees can not be transferred when their timesheets have been processed after the date of transfer. 
  • Employees can not be transferred where leave is processed after the date of transfer.
