User Guide - Transferring Employees (Branch/Department/Job Title)

Transferring Employee:
- Click on Human Resources
- Click on Employee Management
- Select employee to transfer using the Search Employee filter
- Once employee profile is open, click on Transfer on the left-hand panel

Select Branch/ Department/ Job Title to transfer:
- Select Branch/ Department / Job Title in the drop-down - please note you can only transfer one selection at a time.

Select transfer date (YY/MM/DD) and click Apply:

Select transfer reason:

Click Transfer!

Things to note:
- Employees can not be transferred when their timesheets have been processed after the date of transfer.
- Employees can not be transferred where leave is processed after the date of transfer.
